Has anyone heard of the company called Spread Trade Systems?

I attended their free seminar about stocks and it sounded really good. I paid the $99 fee for their 3 days course that will be coming up soon. I was just wondering if anyone heard of them and if they had any good or bad experiences with this company. Thank you!
