Also, if you can’t advertise as a hedge fund manager, how do you get potential clients / capital for the fund that you start? I take it a fund cannot cold call or email wealthy individuals in their area and let them know of their hedge fund / investment opportunity? How do managers get clients More >

I want to know if investing money into hedge funds is a way you can trade options without doing all the work yourself and leaving it to a proffessional such as a fund manager to make you the money? Also, can investing into hedge funds make you wealthy?

Well, a bond won’t stop you from getting hurt, so she’s dead wrong. NO bond is going to do this.
What you need, is to buy workers compensation coverage – depending on what state you are in, it might not be available at all. It starts at around $1500 for tree trimmers.
You could offer to sign a waiver for her, also. It also won’t stop you from suing her, but if she’s dumb enough to think a bond will do it, she’ll probably accept the waiver.
