During WWII the Treasury sold War Bonds ostensibly to help finance the War, but actually to pull currency out of circulation and help control inflation during a time of rationing and relative high wages in the civilian population. WHen did the name change occur. Does any one remember Savings Stamps? When sis they stop selling More >

Is there a difference between the two? In addition: http://www.bivio.com/index.html Is opening an account here the same as opening a hedge fund or an investment partnership? I know Warren Buffett began before Berkshire Hathaway the Buffett Partnership, is what is shown on this website similar?

Every website about hedge funds seems to want to sell me a fund or tell me how great their company is. Is there a site that explains hedge funds without a sales pitch?

Almost nobody becomes a billionaire in their 30′s… anybody with a good salary and a good investment plan can have a net worth in the millions in their 30′s, but a billion, nope.
The way to become a billionaire (at any age) is to start a company, grow the company, and sell the company.

No type of investor “typically” becomes a billionaire in their 30s. Most such billionaires are lucky entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, etc.
